You can choose from 100　different costumes for rent, including Ninja and Haikarasan, available for all ages, men and women. Wear costumes and enjoy walking around the old streets and taking photos. Dress in historical costume and slip back in time. The costumes and streets let you slip back to the good old days of Japan.

Cool Japan! Enjoy good old time atmosphere of Japan in House of Cosplay

 

House of Cosplay is in Sakae Town close to Narita International Airport, This facility also locating next to an open air museum of Boso no Mura. House of Cosplay rents Japanese costume of people from the Edo and Meiji periods, including Ninja, Shinsengumi, Machi-museume and haikarasan. Select a costume, wear it and have an enjoyable time walking around the old streets of Boso-no-Mura, taking photos and experiencing the good old days of Japan.

Kids enjoy being as a Ninja.

Wearing Ninja costume you, you would feel like as if you were real Ninja, no matter you are kid or adult.	Take some photo for memory of visiting.

 

Open Hours

Open on Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If Monday is a national holiday, we open the house and following Tuesday will be closed. During New Year time, House of Cosplay will be closed in same schedule of Boso-no-Mura museum.  It is recommended that make a confirmation before your visiting.

・2-storied wooden building floor space 250㎡ (House of Cosplay 1st floor 120㎡ 2nd floor 80 ㎡ Shop area 50㎡)

・1st floor: costume display area, goods display area , changing area, Japanese cultural experience area, photo printers and etc

・2nd floor: changing area for group visitor, coin lockers and etc.

 

Notice

・Costume renting service operates only on opening days of House of Cosplay.

・Reception time is 10:00a.m. to 3:00p.m.

・Renting time is 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. (For 3 hours maximum, if you rent after 1:00p.m., you must return before 4:00p.m.

・To rent a costume, please complete application foam at reception desk.

・You can make reservation prior for costume renting.

・If you are group of more than 5 people, prior reservation is highly recommended 2 weeks advance.

・ You can walk around with rented costume only in Doramu no Sato and Boso no Mura museum.

・On busy holidays and event day, you have to wait for while before you can experience cosplay.

・If you wish to enter Boso no Mura Museum with costume, you must obey the rule of facility.

・To enter Boso no Mura Museum, you have to pay entrance fee(Adult 0JPY).

・Shower facility can be used (20min/0JPY). Shower amenity (towel, shampoo and shower soap) is selling at service desk.

・Photo printer is available for visitor use. First print is free of charge; from second copy should be charged (JPY per copy)

・If you wish to bring your own costume and get change in House of Cosplay, 0JPY should be charged. Paying the charge, you can

use changing space in 2nd floor and coin lockers. However you must be in 3 hours for using time.

Access

By Car

About 20 minutes from center of Narita City. Access Map.

By Train

Ajiki Station on the JR Narita Line is the main station serving Sakae Town. The one way journey from Ueno Station in Tokyo, on the JR Joban/Narita Line bound for Narita, takes about 60 minutes and cost 920 yen, or 30 minutes and 410 yen from Narita Airport, on the JR Sobu/Narita Line bound for Tokyo, with a transfer at Narita to the JR Narita Line bound for Abiko or Ueno.

From Ajiki Station, you can take bus to House of Cosplay and Boso no Mura Open-air Museum.  You can also take a bus between Narita station and House of cosplay. Time-schedule of bus available here.
