Health Checkup 健康診査	Specified Health Checkups 特定健康診査	These help prevent lifestyle-related diseases or progression of these diseases. 生活習慣病や重症化予防につなげます。	Subscribers to the National Health Insurance system who are 40 years of age and over living in Sakaemachi * You have to choose either this checkup or a comprehensive medical examination. You cannot have both. 栄町国民健康保険加入者で４０歳以上 ※人間ドックと併用はできません
	Health Checkup for the Elderly Aged 75 and Over 後期高齢者健康診査	These help prevent lifestyle-related diseases or progression of these diseases. 生活習慣病や重症化予防につなげます。	Subscribers to the Medical Care System for the Elderly Aged 75 and Over * You have to choose either this checkup or a comprehensive medical examination. You cannot have both. 後期高齢者医療制度加入者 ※人間ドックと併用はできません

* People who are welfare recipients and 40 years of age and over are eligible for these checkups.
