(3) Vaccinations

1.Influenza vaccination for the elderly

○Eligible people

  • Registered residents of Sakae Town who are 65 years of age and over on the day they are to receive a vaccination.
  • People who are between the ages of 60 and 64 on the day they are to receive a vaccination and who have physical disability certificate level 1 due to disorders of the hearts/kidneys/respiratory organs or disorders of the immune system due to HIV.

* Medical history forms are available at the Health and Nursing Division. You can obtain the form at medical facilities in Sakaemachi.

○Copayment

  • 1,050 yen (free for welfare recipients. Certificate is required)

○Injection procedure

Bring your medical history form and health insurance card to verify your identity.

2.Pneumococcal vaccination for the elderly

○Eligible people

People aged 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, and 100
Since the eligibility criteria differs yearly, the subsidy may not be availabale after the target age.

* A notice and a medical history form are sent to eligible people in April.

○Copayment

  • 3,570 yen (free for welfare recipients. Certificate is required)

（3）予防接種

1.高齢者インフルエンザワクチン接種

○対象者

  • 栄町に住民票のある接種当日65歳以上のかた
  • 接種当日に60歳以上65歳未満で、心臓・腎臓・呼吸器の機能またはヒト免疫不全ウイルスによる免疫の機能に障がいのある身体障害者手帳1級を所持しているかた

※予診票は、健康介護課窓口で交付します。なお、町内の医療機関には予診票を用意しています。

○自己負担額

  • 1,050円（生活保護受給者は無料。証明書が必要です

医療機関に予診票及び健康保険証など本人確認ができるものを持参してください。

2.高齢者肺炎球菌ワクチン接種

○対象者

65歳、70歳、75歳、80歳、85歳、90歳、95歳、100歳のかた。
対象者は毎年度異なるため、対象年度を過ぎてしまうと助成が受けられない場合があります。

※対象者には4月に、ご案内の通知と予診票を送付します。

○自己負担額

  • 3,570円（生活保護受給者は無料。証明書が必要です）
